Education, Peace, Unity, Progress - the words are eternal. Undeniably, the results of unity in any great benevolent endeavor are far-reaching. And if the medium of this unity is education, then it will bring various successes for the country and the nation, it is certainly possible. On January 07, 2017, at the 5th anniversary and 1st reunion ceremony of Principal Kazi Faruky School & College, the proposal to form the first Alumni Association was raised by the announcement of the Honorable Co-Chairman of Professor Kazi Faruky Kollyan Trust and under the patronage of the institution, on the instructions of the honorable Chairman of the Founder of the institution, Professor Kazi Md. Nurul Islam Faruky. Professor Kazi Faruky emphasized on the formation of Alumni Association based on the experience of Chittagong Govt. Commerce College Alumni Association's support in establishing Dhaka Commerce College. Later on 19th June, 2017 in the 1st Inaugural General Meeting “Ex-PKFSCians' Association” abbreviated as “EPA” was formed. At that time, since the alumni were studying in the university and did not reach a good position in the job or business, an ad-hoc committee consisting of 7 members was formed under the chairmanship of Md. Nurul Amin, Principal, Principal Kazi Faruky School & College. Later, on 19 April 2022, the responsibility of the Ex-PKFSCians' Association was handed over to the alumni members by forming a 29-member full committee. Along with various social activities for 7 years, EFA has been helping the students of Principal Kazi Faruky School and College to improve their skills and students who want to get admission in the university. Since Professor Kazi Faruky Kollyan Trust has established several educational institutions apart from Principal Kazi Faruky School and College, the name of the organization was changed to “Ex-Farukyans' Association” or “EFA” on January 2, 2024 in order to unite the former students of all the institutions belonging to the trust.
