| Objectives | The association will be run for the welfare and public interest of the teachers, officers, employees and alumni of the educational institutions belonging to the Professor Kazi Faruky Kollyan Trust with the following aims and objectives:
a) To improve the image of educational institutions belonging to Professor Kazi Faruly Kollyan Trust. b) To instill unity, camaraderie and brotherhood among alumni and to help each other as much as possible. c) To protect the interests of students of educational institutions belonging to Professor Kazi Faruly Kollyan Trust. d) Establishing separate funds for aid-eligible students. e) Organizing gatherings, seminars, symposiums, workshops, exhibitions and pleasure trips for alumni. f) Publishing regular bulletins, periodicals, books and various publications. g) Organizing social, cultural, sports and other events. h) Building alumni organizations in different parts of the country. i) To support the development of learning environment of Professor Kazi Faruly Kollyan Trust Education Complex. j) To undertake various programs for the improvement of education. k) Ensuring student participation in higher education. To provide and provide comprehensive information regarding the university admission process. During the admission examination, to ensure the solution of students' accommodation problems and other problems, if necessary, form a special cell by formulating rules. l) Through various meetings, seminars and campaigns to make the students of educational institutions affiliated to Professor Kazi Faruly Kollyan Trust interested in pursuing higher education. m) To create awareness about education among students along with parents. n) Helping people affected by any kind of natural and man-made calamity. o) To undertake various activities for the welfare of youth. For example, providing various technical and skill development trainings, providing certificates and providing employment. p) Undertake educational activities to promote education among the poor population. To implement sub-formal education programs, educate the uneducated population as well as provide them with practical training and employment. Providing scholarships to meritorious students and providing free educational materials to needy and meritorious students. q) Building anti-social activities, anti-drugs and anti-smoking movements by increasing public awareness. Taking various programs including meetings, seminars, rallies to celebrate national and international days. Encouraging the people to give up smoking and other drugs, raising public awareness against child marriage, polygamy, eviction, dowry and women abuse, taking steps of various social and cultural events to prevent the blindness and bigotry of the society, superstition and oppression of the society and social criminal tendencies. To encourage and co-operate with the public. r) To perform all other functions conducive to the achievement of the above aims and objectives. |

| Monogram |  The monogram of the association shall be a combination of gold and blue colours. The association's monogram includes an open book illuminated by the light of knowledge, symbolizing knowledge. Inside the book is the pen, the main tool of the scholar, on the head of the pen, the rays of the sun are repelled. Inside the book is written the association's motto "Spiritual Mutual in Eternal Bond." Beneath the book is the national symbol of Bangladesh, the red and green Water Lily flower, which signifies the association's wide-ranging activities across the country. Inscribed in Bengali and English on the inside of the Water Lily is the association's founding year and the association's nickname “EFA.” The sky background of the main body of the monogram expresses the sky-wide attitude of the sage. The black color around the monogram indicates the wise men's pen ink. The name of the association "Ex-Farukyans' Association" is written in Bengali and English within the golden color of the golden sun. |
